LOOKADOK JAPANESE TRAINER
Position Summary
The position is that of responsible for training the retail sales forces of European luxury fashion brands in Japan. The trainer will train and motivate the sales teams with the ultimate goal of developping retail sales.
The position is free-lance( type of contract is regular partnership.), and will include training days in the first semester 08, with the objective of creating a regular partnership with Lookadok.(www.lookadok.com)
Estimated annual contract fee is negotiable.
Recruitment meeting will be held in Tokyo between the 11th and 14th of December.
Minimum Requirements:
Able to plan and deliver trainings
Ability to motivate and challenge sales teams
Able to give timely and actionable feedback
Excellent verbal and presentation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
Self motivated and self management
Experience in selling techniques
Good knowledge and interest in current lifestyle/fashion trends
Japanese native speaker and fluent in either English or French
